Return Policy
Special Notice: All sale items are final sale and non-returnable. If you have a defective item please contact us for a replacement if available. Final sale are not guaranteed to have a replacement available. If a replacement is unavailable a store credit for the cost of the item will be provided.
• We hope you will be satisfied with all of our products. If you find a product to be defective, damaged, or not what you expected please contact us.
• To process a return, you MUST use our Order Lookup in your tadpoles account for a Return Authorization. Returns received without a return authorization will not be credited to the customer and will not be shipped back to the customer. Please send your purchased item in the original box. Write "Return" and your RA number on the included packing slip. Tadpoles does not cover the cost of shipping a return. All returns must be received in unused and unaltered condition within 30 days of return authorization. Any return received more than 30 days after authorization will not be credited. All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Upon receipt, the appropriate credit will be applied directly to the account with which you purchased your product.
• Unfortunately, due to the cost of sending items overseas, the customer must cover the shipping costs of items sent overseas. We will gladly provide replacements as per the terms described above, but will need to charge for any associated shipping costs.
• Any cancellations can be processed until an item is shipped. A cancellation will be processed for a full refund and can be requested by email or phone. Once the item has left our warehouse it is processed as a return and not as a cancellation.
Note: We can only process refunds to the original account used for payment. We CANNOT process any returns or exchanges for products purchased through resellers or other retailers or for items received as a gift.
